Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
The Director of Patient Financial Services and Admitting and Registration - Revenue Cycle - at the Al Mafraq Hospital just outside of Abu Dhabi, UAE, will:
- Provide leadership for the Revenue Cycle of the entire hospital
- Oversee and manage the accounts receivable and billing process
- Maximize cash collections while minimizing adjustments and bad debt write offs
- Denial Management
- Interview, hire, and perform performance evaluations
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Health Information Management
- A minimum of 10 years experience in senior management in a large North American acute-care hospital
- Experience in billings, collections, electronic billing systems, and customer service
