Aramco Services Company (ASC) is the US-based subsidiary of the world's leading oil producing and exporting company, the Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Saudi Aramco), which was founded in 1933. ASC provides a wide range of support to Saudi Aramco, including providing healthcare professionals for the medical department of Aramco, Saudi Aramco Medical Services Organization (SAMSO).

SAMSO provides hospital and clinic care for the employees of Saudi Aramco and their dependents.  SAMSO is one of the largest company-directed healthcare facilities in the Middle East, providing health services for a population of 360,000 Saudi Aramco employees and dependents.

The company's largest facility is the JCI-accredited Dhahran Health Center, a 405-bed, acute-care hospital, located in Dhahran, in the oil-rich Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. There is also an 80-bed hospital in Al Hasa, an oasis area located approximately 60km (37 miles) inland.  The company also operates outpatient and emergency clinics in three surrounding communities.
