JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Head of Physical Therapy is responsible to the Director of Clinical Services. Basic Function: Plan, organizes and direct the physical therapy services of the Hospital. Develops and implements standards and procedures governing all aspects of physical therapy.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Doctorate Degree or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy
• Current registration in Canada or the USA
• With PhD: minimum three years experience as a PT, including one year current, full-time administrative/management experience over a full rehab service in a large acute-care facility in the USA or Canada.
• With Master's: minimum five years experience as a PT, including three years current, full-time administrative/management experience over a full rehab service in a large acute-care facility in the USA or Canada.
