Responsible to the Executive Director for Medical & Clinical Operations, the Director of Clinical Services main responsibilities will be to: Plans, directs, organizes and coordinates the overall activities and functions of assigned services/functions to achieve its mission, goals and objectives and to enhance its existing systems, process and productivity.

More than ten clinical departments will report to the Director of Clinical Services, therefore our client is looking for someone with extensive leadership experience in clinical services (Respiratory Therapy, Physiotherapy, Radiology, Medical Lab, Cardiology, Clinical Nutrition, Neurophysiology, Pharmacy, EMS,  etc).

Requirements:

• Must hold a Master's degree in Hospital Administration, Management, or Business Administration.
• Must have a minimum of eight (8) years of current, top-level management experience in an acute-care academic healthcare setting in North America.
