Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Nursing or Education
  • Current RN license in Canada or the United States, and
  • A minimum of six years recent experience as a Registered Nurse at a large acute-care teaching hospital in North America, including a minimum of two to four years of current experience in a dedicated staff development/nursing education program at a large acute-care teaching hospital in North America.
  • Must have documented, current experience in curriculum development for Nursing Leadership and Management courses.
  • Other requirements: demonstrated ability to assess/determine learning needs of staff; demonstrated leadership abilities; excellent computer skills (Office and web searches for evidence-based nursing articles); ability to provide constructive feedback.
