Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
The Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) Unit at King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Centre in Jeddah treats both male and female patients. It consists of one Operating/Recovery Room for procedures and 14 outpatient clinics. It receives between 350 and 400 visits per months.
Common procedures include:
- fertility screening cycle with ultrasound monitoring
- stimulation of follicle production
- ovum aspiration
- embryo transfer
- cryo preservation of embryos
- testicular biopsy
Clinic Hours:
Saturday to Tuesday: 8:00am to 5:00pm
Wednesday: 8:00am to 4:30pm
Evening Clinic (Saturday to Wednesday): 5:00pm to 10:30pm
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree or Diploma in Nursing, and
- Current nursing license in Canada or the United States, and
- A minimum of two years experience as a Registered Nurse working in a mid- to large-sized acute-care hospital in North America.
