Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
The Department of Medical Records at the King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Centre in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is one of four divisions within Patient Services. (The other three are: Registration & Appointment Services, Social Services, and Case Management.)
Current innovations in the department include: 3M software coding to make the coding of diseases easier and more accurate; upgrading to ICD10; the use of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID); and implementation of CBAY-FLO.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Medical Records Management or Health Information Management
- Current registration with the American Health Information Association, or equivalent
- Minimum of three years experience in a large, acute-care, teaching hospital
