The Family Medicine Clinic at the King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Centre is an ambulatory care center providing comprehensive primary care to all hospital employees and eligible dependents. The clinic currently provides service to a population of 20,000 and has a monthly volume of 8000 visits.

Family Medicine has subspecialty clinics in: Dermatology, Obstetrics/Gynecology, Psychiatric, Pediatrics, and Diabetes Education.

The most commonly treated conditions are: pregnancy/gyn, respiratory infections, asthma, cardiovascular, diabetes, infectious diseases, psychological problems, and minor traumas.

The clinic also provides service in travel medicine, immunizations, OB screening, well women screening, and well baby checks. It has occupational health and infection control programs, and offers Healthy Lifestyle classes.

The clinic operates: 0800 -1800 hrs Saturday – Tuesday
0800- 1700 hrs Wednesday

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, or Associate’s degree, or diploma in Nursing in Nursing, and
• Current nursing license in Canada or the United States, and
• A minimum of two years experience as a Registered Nurse working in a mid-to-large-sized acute-care hospital in North America.
