The Cardiac OR at the King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre consists of four Operating Rooms specializing in Cardiovascular and thoracic surgeries for
both pediatric and adult patients.
The most common surgical procedures include:
- Coronary Artery Bypass Surgery
- Valve repair and / or replacement
- Thoracic Aortic Aneurysm Repair
- Congenital Cardiac Defects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree or Diploma in Nursing, and
- Current nursing license in Canada or the United States, and
- A minimum of two years experience as a Registered Nurse working in a mid- to large-sized acute-care hospital in North America.
