Nurses in the Ante/Postpartum/Newborn Nursery Unit at the King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Centre in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia function within a total care nursing system. The 27-bed unit treats ante and post-partum women and newborns, as well as gynecology and gyne-oncology patients. Many patients are high-risk; the unit also treats many IVF patients.

Nurse to patient ratio:
1 : 5 or 6

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Valid nursing license from either the United States or Canada
  • Minimum of four years of experience at a large North American acute-care hospital, including one-year of recent experience in a similar role
