The Nursing Quality Manager at the King Faisal Specialist Hospital in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia will:

  • Develop, implement, and evaluate the nursing annual performance improvement plan,
  • Paticipate in hospital-wide performance improvement activities,
  • Participate in education and training of nursing and other hospital staff in performance improvement,
  • Network with other clinical areas to identify opportunities to improve joint issues
  • Support nursing and hospital accreditation activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, and
  • Current nursing license in Canada or the United States, and
  • A minimum of seven (7) years experience as a Registered Nurse, including a minimum of two (2) years in Quality Management or Quality Management related role
