Reporting to the IT Team Leader, the Business Analyst is responsible for managing the development of new or modification of existing IT systems, including:

• Assists in defining user requirements; and is the interface with end users and in-house and external developers
• Must be adept at package integration, application integration, application consolidation and windows application development
• Serves as resource for vendor teams and for implementations of off-the-shelf application systems and enterprise solutions

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or relevant college degree
• Minimum five years experience in IT applications projects implementation and support. Specific experience includes Healthcare and/or Financial Applications, such as GE, Document Management Systems, Access & ID Management Systems, Siemens, Lawson, Oracle Financials, Meditech, Cerner, PACS, Omnicell, etc.
• Experience with Data Warehousing, Databases, ETL, report writers, applications integration, and hands-on experience would be a plus
