Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Human Resources Services is responsible for:
- Manpower planning
- Recruitment and selection
- Training and development
- Compensation and benefits
Plans and reviews the manpower requirements; develops, implements and reviews the employment terms, compensation and benefits for all categories of employees; serves as an internal resource for advisory services with respect to labour and immigration laws, regulations, policies and guidelines on manpower engagement.
Requirements:
- Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management (or equivalent)
- At least six years of management experience in a healthcare organization
