Location: Doha, Qatar
Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Manager of Patient Accounts is responsible for the day-to-day business activities related to professional billing for the hospital, including:
- Developing, reviewing, and implementing policies.
- Directing all billing and collections.
- Monitoring insurance aging categories.
- Supervising operations of billing staff.
- Educating physicians and billing staff on appropriate procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or Finance, or equivalent work experience.
- Four years experience in patient billing operations in a healthcare environment.
- Two to three years of supervisory experience.
- Health care related insurance billing and/or claims experience is a plus.
