Reporting to the Human Resources Project Director, the Associate HR Director will lead the team that provides HR services to the Sidra Pre-operational Implementation Team, including:

  • position classification and job descriptions
  • recruitment & selection (both domestic and international)
  • relocation & orientation
  • accommodation
  • travel & immigration
  • compensation & benefits
  • learning & development
  • performance management
  • HR records maintenance

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, or a Bachelor's degree plus five years HR managements experience, or equivalent;
  • Minimum of five years management experience, including HR management experience in a company of more than 200 employees;
  • Previous Middle East experience an asset.
