Reporting to the Human Resources Project Director, the Associate HR Director will lead the team that provides HR services to the Sidra Pre-operational Implementation Team, including:
- position classification and job descriptions
- recruitment & selection (both domestic and international)
- relocation & orientation
- accommodation
- travel & immigration
- compensation & benefits
- learning & development
- performance management
- HR records maintenance
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, or a Bachelor's degree plus five years HR managements experience, or equivalent;
- Minimum of five years management experience, including HR management experience in a company of more than 200 employees;
- Previous Middle East experience an asset.
