Job Summary

The Clinical Nurse Leader - Birthing Center and Maternal Special Care Unit plans for the provision of clinical leadership to a set team of staff nurses through direct oversight of their daily practice. Modeling excellence in the three core areas of clinical practice, education and research the Clinical Nurse Leader plans for the implementation of the Sidra vision of Family Centered Care.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • Current, active American or Canadian RN License
  • A minimum of 3 years of current clinical leadership experience (e.g., charge nurse, team leader, etc.) in Labor & Delivery and High Risk Obstetrics at a mid- to large-sized academic hospital
