Working with the Senior Human Resources Consultant, the Compensation & Benefits Specialist will develop an appropriate market-competitive compensation and benefit package to attract and retain the best possible staff. This will include assisting in position evaluation for placement within the compensation structure, and participating in the development of policies and procedures relating to the application of such compensation and benefits packages for the hospital.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent,
- Certification/designation in Compensation Management, or equivalent,
- Certification/designation in Human Resources, or equivalent,
- Minimum of three to five years of related experience, particularly compensation accounting/analysis experience, in an acute-care teaching hospital,
- Knowledge of international salary and benefits practices.
