Location: Doha, Qatar

The Subject Matter Expert - Operations Centre will provide advice and input in the development and implementation of the Operations Centre. Key accountabilities include:

  • establishing and maintaining immediate and on-going communications with government authorities to enhance security,
  • determining risk factors associated with the monitoring people, critical building systems, and physical assets by electronic methods,
  • establishing a 24-hour communications and information hub to support routine service calls, dispatch, monitoring, and control,
  • participating in emergency management planning,
  • establishing relevant operational models.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in security management, safety management, or emergency management;
  • Certified Emergency Management Specialist or Crisis Operations Manager;
  • Minimum of 10 years security experience, including at least five years in a management role, at an acute-care teaching hospital.
