The Guest Management Planning Analyst supports the Senior Planning Consultants and Subject Matter Experts in the development, implementation, and identification of "best practice" in the required service areas. This will include:
- Conducting study projects in such areas as age-specific focus groups, customer service program development, patient transportation utilization, patient room design, and operation control center design and equipment use.
- Attending meetings to record and track functional design requirements, proposals, action items, and to promote the timely submittal of documentation to ensure best practice application in guest management planning.
- Overseeing the collection of field data and information on local conditions for use in planning studies involving healthcare retail and customer service programs.
- Utilizing economic, population, land use, and traffic projections to support guest management programs such as security, parking, retail, food services, and other concerns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, and
- Three years relevant healthcare administration experience in an acute-care academic hospital.
