Location: Doha, Qatar
Reporting to the Executive Director, the Human Resources Project Director will lead the team that designs and implements the HR Department, including:
- Selecting the HR information system.
- Recruiting members of the HR design team, and hospital staff.
- Overseeing the effective design and implementation of the HR Department.
- Coordinating Team Leaders.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration with professional designation in Human Resources
- A minimum of seven years of experience in Human Resources, with a minimum of five years experience in a senior management position, in a large acute-care hospital
- Middle East experience is preferred
