Location: Doha, Qatar

The Recruitment Manager at the Sidra Medical and Research Centre will:

  • Implement policies and programs in support of the workforce strategic plan for Sidra
  • Handle select HR recruitments, Interim Consultant agreements and many Executive Recruitments
  • Develop a recruitment plan based on department needs
  • Conduct research and analysis of recruitment strategies and policies
  • Provide a high level of customer service in consulting with and guiding hiring managers in coprehensive recruitment and staffing issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • A minimum ten (10) years of experience working closely with hiring managers, preferably in a lareg North American Hospital.
  • Expertise in Recruitment and Retention programs
