The Recruitment Manager at the Sidra Medical and Research Centre will:
- Implement policies and programs in support of the workforce strategic plan for Sidra
- Handle select HR recruitments, Interim Consultant agreements and many Executive Recruitments
- Develop a recruitment plan based on department needs
- Conduct research and analysis of recruitment strategies and policies
- Provide a high level of customer service in consulting with and guiding hiring managers in coprehensive recruitment and staffing issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- A minimum ten (10) years of experience working closely with hiring managers, preferably in a lareg North American Hospital.
- Expertise in Recruitment and Retention programs
