Employer: Sidra Medical & Research Center, Qatar
Location: Doha, Qatar

Reporting to the Human Resources Project Director, the Organizational Development Specialist will:

  • formulate HR/OD strategies;
  • assist with the design, development, and roll-out of organization development projects and programs; and
  • help ensure the successful implementation of such projects and assignments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum of five years of healthcare organizational experience in a learning and development role in a mid- to large-sized teaching hospital.
  • Experience working in a start-up organization.
  • Experience with JCAHO, JCI, and other accreditation requirements for learning and development.
