Reporting to the Human Resources Project Director, the Organizational Development Specialist will:
- formulate HR/OD strategies;
- assist with the design, development, and roll-out of organization development projects and programs; and
- help ensure the successful implementation of such projects and assignments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum of five years of healthcare organizational experience in a learning and development role in a mid- to large-sized teaching hospital.
- Experience working in a start-up organization.
- Experience with JCAHO, JCI, and other accreditation requirements for learning and development.
