Reporting to the Director of Project Management, the Senior Project Manager supports the PMO Director and the functional Project Directors to develop and manage the detailed processes throughout the planning phase of the hospital, including:

• Assisting in the development of tools required to facilitate the planning efforts.
• Being responsible for the coordination of the project activities across all functional areas.
• Leading in the development of reports and tools needed by the implementation teams for project planning.
• Coordinating with all functional areas and assisting in the development of tools required to facilitate the planning efforts across all functions; for e.g.: equipment lists, scope of services, staffing plans, etc.
• Participating in meetings with the architects and contractors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or health related field
• Master’s degree in Business Administration or health related field is preferred
• A minimum of eight years of relevant management experience
• At least five years of experience in team leadership and project management
• Healthcare project management experience preferred
