  • Define the pre-operational phase budget
  • Define the service model and scope of service
  • Define Staffing needs
  • Develop departmental policies and procedures
  • Define on-going departmental operations
  • Determine overall operating requirments

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Administration or equivalent
