The Subject Matter Expert - Lab Manager will:

  • Define the service model and scope of service
  • Define the pre-operational phase budget for the respective service area
  • Assess the impact of the current design on patient / work flow
  • Define high level and detailed IT requirements
  • Define staffing needs
  • Develop departmental policies and procedures
  • Develop training and communicational documents

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Administration or equivalent
  • A minimum 5 years experience in the following:
    • Process mapping and detailed workflows
    • Lab management
    • Policy and procedure writing and management
    • Staff planning, budgeting, and recruitment
    • Staff Education
    • Benchmarking expertise
    • Research on all laboratories modalities ad services
