New York-based fashion company Tory Birch has announced it is expanding to the Gulf States through a partnership with the Chalhoub Group. The Dubai Mall, which already boasts Montreal bagels and a skating rink, is scheduled to open the first Arabian Tory Birch boutique by 2012.
