An appeal by Qatari Mohamed bin Hammam, to have his lifetime ban from soccer-related activities lifted, has been rejected by a panel of FIFA judges. Hammam attempted to buy votes from Caribbean FIFA officials during his FIFA Presidential run earlier this year. The Qatari claims he has the resources and the urge to continue fighting his ban for years to come.
