The King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center (KFSH&RC) is a modern, almost 1,000-bed Joint Commission International (JCI)-accredited academic medical facility located in Riyadh, the vibrant capital city of Saudi Arabia

Nursing Quality covers Nursing inpatient units and outpatient clinics and collaborates with appropriate interdisciplinary teams across the continuum of care. The Nursing Quality Department, in conjunction with the Nursing Executive team, is responsible for oversight across all clinical areas and settings within Nursing Affairs related to clinical practice, accreditation requirements, patient safety, risk management and performance improvement initiatives.

To achieve the goal of delivering high quality care, all staff nurses are encouraged to participate in the quality improvement program.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (online degrees cannot be considered)
  • Current nursing (RN) license in: Canada, the United States, the UK, Western Europe, Australia or New Zealand
  • Current Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) or American Society of Quality (ASQ)
  • A minimum of six (6) years recent experience as a Registered Nurse in a mid- to large-sized acute-care setting in the USA or Canada, of which a minimum of two (2) years current, full-time experience must be in Quality Nursing Leadership in Canada, the United States, the UK, Western Europe, Australia or New Zealand
