The Cleveland Clinic Hospital in Abu Dhabi, UAE (CCAD) is a 364-bed, tertiary-care, adult-focus hospital. CCAD is an extension of the US-based Cleveland Clinic’s model.

In all, more than 30 medical and surgical specialties are represented at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi. The hospital officially opened in May 2015.

The Cleveland Clinic Hospital in Abu Dhabi (CCAD) is currently running 22 OR theatres.

The Multi-Organ Transplant Program started in December 2017, with a heart transplant, the first in the UAE.

By Dec 31, 2018, there had been 35 transplants (heart, liver, lung, and/or kidney), of which four were living-related liver transplants and six were cadaveric liver transplants.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Associate's degree in Nursing
  • Current RN license in the USA, Canada, UK, Western Europe, Australia, and New Zealand
  • Two or more years of current, full-time experience scrubbing and circulating for transplant cases (heart, liver, lung, and/or kidney) in the USA, Canada, UK, Western Europe, Australia, or New Zealand
  • Must scrub and circulate for transplant procedures
