Medical and Nursing Jobs in Canada

HZA Recruits for Canada

We are a pioneer in using technology and personal communication to identify, assess, license and relocate internationally trained physicians who are interested in moving abroad.

Our proven method was developed for high volume recruitment for hospitals in Saudi Arabia which, at the time, was perceived as being dangerous. To date, we have successfully placed over 8000 Western healthcare professionals (doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals); of these, 700 have been physicians.

Fundamentally, our method focuses on two things:
1. Having detailed information on the hospital’s needs and offerings.
2. A detailed assessment of the physician’s professional skills as well as his/her personal and financial requirements.

Yes, we ask a lot of questions. And yes, we make the job easy for the client and the physician:

  • “Hard-working and take personal interest” - Dean Miller (for whom we recruited 52 international pharmacists for Canada)

  • “(HZA) helped fill a large number of leadership positions. They were transparent, provided introductions to great candidates ... Their attention to the requirements of the positions was very helpful ... Equally, they were attentive to the unique skills and requirements of the candidates." - David Sigalet, MD, PhD, FRCSC (Former Chief Clinical Operations & Deputy CMO for Activation, Sidra Medicine, Doha, Qatar; Former Chief of Surgery at Alberta Children's Hospital, Calgary)
