The King Faisal Specialist Hospital - Jeddah (KFSH-J), a 470-bed tertiary specialist hospital, is one of the three campuses of the King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Centre.
The unit has a capacity of 15 beds; 12 rooms provide single occupancy and 3 rooms are doubled.
Patients are admitted under Medical Oncology and Hematology services. BMT is carried out at an average of 1 per month. All staff are required to be certified in Chemotherapy administration, this teaching and supervision is provided by the unit Nurse Educator.
The unit has a total of 30 staff from Patient Care Assistants to Registered Nurses. The Head Nurse of the unit also supervises the Pediatric Outpatient Treatment Area which can accommodate 9 patients.
Note: Pediatric RNs with 3-4 years of experience, who are interested in pediatric oncology, and willing to complete an onsite 3-month program will in pediatric oncology will also be considered.
Currently, the hospital can consider only FEMALE applicants.
